Where To Save Font Files In Windows Xp
Hi, I've recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I have to reinstall a few hundred fonts on the machine. However, I'm not able to copy fonts into the c: windows fonts folder. Dragging font files there fails silently, and if I copy them the 'paste' option is greyed out in the c: windows fonts folder. I see this behaviour both as my normal user and as the administrator user. I can install fonts by opening each individual one in the font preview and clicking 'Install', but I don't want to have to do this one at a time for several hundred fonts! Surely there is some way to install multiple fonts?
