Bring your mobile phone, with its bluetooth radio turned on, between 2 and 10 feet away from the 28127 base. Press and hold 'CELL 1' (if it is the first phone you are paring) or 'CELL 2' (for the second one) on the 28127 base, until the corresponding LED flashes. The base is now in pairing mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the 28127 should appear on screen. Select it and make the application proceed. If a passkey (or PIN or pairing code) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).

The paring process is successful when the LED gets lit, indicating that it is connected to your phone. To disconnect, press and hold 'CELL 1' (or 'CELL 2), until the LED is turned off.
