By default, Windows contains generic drivers for many different types of hardware connected to your computer. Also, the default drivers Microsoft provides are stripped down and a bit older, but they’re written by your device manufacturer and not Microsoft themselves. Windows releases drivers based on manufacturer's release addressing Windows 10 compatible device drivers. In this case, i f the Windows update fails to register and download the requisite drivers for the device, you can also use the vendor id of the device and look for it in the Unknown and uninstalled devices in will be listed under Other. The device will have a yellow alert symbol on it.
The properties for the device will show that no driver was found. Under the Device Properties, select the Details tab and scroll down to Hardware ID s. Each Hardware ID is comprised of some very useful information.

Did you check if the product you are referring to came with drivers (usually CDs)? Now, follow the below suggested methods and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
